RETURN POLICY
Returns must be authorized and accepted in advance by contacting customerservice@brandyourmark.com.

Claims on returns for defective goods must be made within 3 daysfrom the date that the order was received at your door. Due to the nature of our products, (they are custom sewn or printed per order), the return of unwanted merchandise, where there is no flaw in the quality of the item or embellishment, will not be accepted. If products are returned with the intent to be used at a later date, or "stocked",
a 20% restocking fee will occur on each item being returned.
Sizes larger than 2XL and outerwear are never "stocked" and will not be accepted.
